adm Group acquires 360 Degree Hospitality and launches adm360 Degree Hospitality
adm Group has acquired 360 Degree Hospitality, which specialises in providing procurement solutions to the hospitality industry around the World. The acquired business will become adm360 Degree Hospitality and will operate, as a new division of the adm Group. The acquisition opens a new service line for adm Group into the hospitality industry.

Wilan van den Berg, formerly Founder & CEO of 360 Degree Hospitality and Vice President International of the International Hotel Supply, the International Division of the American Hotel Register Company, the largest Hotel Supply company worldwide, will lead adm360 Degree Hospitality as Chief Executive Officer. The acquisition and launch of adm360 Degree Hospitality will deliver value to existing and future client relationships through the expertise of Wilan and his team, and through leveraging adm Group’s advanced technology solutions and extensive global supply chain.
